The Inclusion Conference Centre can accommodate up to 100 delegates and includes flexible room layouts, audio-visual facilities, high-speed internet access, presentation equipment and catering options. Full-day bookings run from 9.00am to 4.30pm, with half-day bookings available in the morning or afternoon.
Organisations making a full-day booking can also enjoy recreational time on the Rare Breeds Centre farm as part of their day.

The centre offers flexible half-day and full-day options for groups of up to 30, 50 or 100 delegates, with catering, evening hire, farm-based recreation and volunteering experiences available to discuss as part of your booking enquiry.

Every booking supports Canterbury Oast Trust’s Supported Employment Pathways programme, helping adults with learning disabilities and autism build skills, confidence and experience in a real working environment.
Opened in July 2026, the centre gives learners practical experience in hospitality, catering, customer service and event support as they work towards paid employment and greater independence.
