The Big Weekend celebrates Kent’s unique and diverse tourism attractions by offering thousands of FREE tickets to a wide range of places. This is a special day for residents so that they can experience first hand all that their county has to offer them, their friends and family. Don’t miss this chance to visit the world-class collection of natural history from Africa and Asia collected by Major Powell-Cotton at the turn of the 19th Century. Enjoy the rare treasures and furnishings of this Victorian Country House and relax in the beautifully landscaped gardens- all for free! Jungle Jims are also offering free tickets, so come and enjoy the adventure of play in a family orientated atmosphere, where the Dads feel just as comfortable as the Mums! Quex Park is a great family day out. A short stroll from Quex House there is much to see and do: The Secret Garden Centre, Craft Village, Build a Base Centre, Mama Feelgoods Boutique Cafe, Paintballing Arena and Quex Barn Farm Shop & Restaurant * Additional entry fees apply*
