27th October to 1st November at Royal Engineers Museum
Join the hunt this October half term. Explore our galleries and find the Sappers hidden in our displays.
But watch out!
Sappers are experts in deception and camouflage techniques so you’ll need to look carefully.
Did you know that a special RE camouflage unit was formed in January 1916? They built secret observation posts disguised as trees, and even fake tanks! You can learn all about deception & camouflage in our First World War galleries.
Once you’ve found all 8 Sappers you can collect your prize from our team at the Museum Reception.
Trails cost £1.00 in addition to standard admission prices.
Please note that all visits to the Museum must be pre-booked so that we can control the numbers on site. Please see our Visiting page for more guidance.
