Wartime Christmas

Head to the Royal Engineers Museum on 9th and 10th December to discover how Christmas was celebrated during the Second World War. Special displays and living history demonstrations will capture the ambience of 1940’s Christmas festivities including
• Cooking Christmas Dinner on rations!
• Sapper’s Santa’s Grotto
• Lindy Hop dancing
• 1940s Hairdressing

There’s also Air Raid Warden drills, family activities, a vintage market, historical talks and entertainment from the Brompton Military Wives’ Choir*
