Waiting List for Giraffe Hall

Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, near Ashford, have revealed that the new name for their most ambitious restoration project, Giraffe Hall, is a thoughtful nod to the history of the beautiful 15th Century Wealden Hall House.
One of the Reserve’s female giraffes – Lehana, certainly seemed to approve of the new title, as she was recently spotted making her way into the grounds of Giraffe Hall, to enjoy a quick browse on the hedgerows before returning to the rest of the herd!
Giraffe Hall is currently undergoing detailed planning and, once complete, will offer guests the most unique boutique hotel experience in the UK. Meanwhile, interest to stay at the eagerly anticipated accommodation has seen over 4.5K people sign up to the waiting list.
Giraffe Hall will become a luxury 10 bedroomed hotel, with a further five cabins, enjoying an enviable position with outstanding views over the Reserve’s African Experience and the South Kent coastline.
Through the coming year, the Reserve will be posting regular updates on their website but for guests who can’t wait, the wildlife park offers two alternative giraffe centred overnight stays: the multi award winning Giraffe Lodge and cosy Giraffe Cottage.
