Penshurst Place & Gardens is bringing festive magic to the medieval Baron’s Hall this Christmas with The Last N.O.E.L, a fun-filled mini panto running from 6 – 23 December 2025.
This holiday season at Penshurst Place, families will be transported to the North Pole, where the Naughty Old Elves Limited (N.O.E.L) are plotting to sabotage the toy workshop and ruin Christmas! With Mother Christmas already under their hypnotic powers and poor Neville the Elf convinced that Rapping is better than Wrapping, Father Christmas needs all the help he can get to save the season.
Packed with classic pantomime laughs, audience participation and plenty of festive cheer, this lively 25-minute show is the perfect value alternative for families looking for a shorter Christmas performance, without compromising on seasonal magic.
Visitors will begin their experience by passing through a grotto-style entrance, complete with yuletide decorations and a glimpse into Santa’s study, before taking their seats in the beautifully transformed Baron’s Hall. After the performance, children can meet Father Christmas for a photo and take home a chocolate treat.
Performances run on various dates throughout December, with multiple show times each day to choose from, including dedicated quiet sessions for SEN children, their families and carers.

Filled with songs and laughter, each performance is packed with classic panto fun — expect plenty of ‘it’s behind you!’ and ‘oh yes he did!’ moments. Shows take place at weekends on 6 – 7 and 13 -14 December, with daily performances running from 18 – 23 December. Dedicated quiet sessions are also available on 7, 13 and 23 December.

Tickets are priced at £9.00 per person, with admission required for all adults and children. Each ticket includes the mini panto, a photo with Father Christmas, and a chocolate treat for children. Weather permitting, admission also includes access to the adventure playground.
