The Historic Dockyard Chatham are thrilled to present Ralph STEADman: INKling this Autumn. This exciting new exhibition will give both dedicated Steadman fans, as well as the uninitiated, the chance to see the varied and distinctive sides of his remarkable work and career.

Ralph Steadman has illustrated iconic British novels like Treasure Island, Alice in Wonderland, and Animal Farm. An exhibition of his award-winning works spanning over six decades showcases his evolving style. Collaborating with Ceri Levy, Steadman’s Gonzovation collection includes 300+ artworks focusing on extinct and endangered animals. The exhibition also highlights his partnership with Hunter S. Thompson, featuring original portraits of the Gonzo journalist and an homage to Picasso’s Guernica.
