Hornby Hobbies has launched a special competition to mark the leap year, inviting lovers to ‘take a leap’ and propose this Valentine’s Day. Ideal for transport-fantatics, racers, engineers, modellers, collectors or those for whom trains, planes or cars have a special meaning in their relationship, this money can’t buy experience will offer the opportunity to create the ultimate proposal.
One lucky couple will have exclusive use of The WonderWorks on Valentine’s Day, along with help from the expert Masters of Miniature, to help them make the ultimate romantic gesture using the iconic products and setups available.
Whether it’s a ring arriving on a model train, a ‘treasure hunt’ using personalised clues, a modelling challenge that spells out the big question, or another setup that might have a special meaning to the couple*, Hornby Hobbies will be on hand to help create the most magical experience.
Not only that, but the couple will receive professional photography and videography of the proposal, a personalised Corgi Car to commemorate the special date, and £150 in WonderWorks gift vouchers to spend in-store on Hornby Hobbies’ iconic brands, Airfix, Corgi, Hornby, Scalextric and Pocher.
