6th April to the 22nd April at Howletts Wild Animal Park
Enjoy cracking days out at Howletts this Easter and discover fascinating facts and amazing animals as you explore our 100 acre historic wildlife park.
Explore Canterbury’s coolest outdoor exhibit, Animals of the Ice Age, where you’ll marvel at the mighty mammoth, see savage sabre toothed cats and many more life size prehistoric creatures from a frozen time.
Plus, you’ll be able to spot our lovely elephant calf, our baby gorilla and lots more adorable new arrivals as you wander the pathways. Don’t forget to join our free animal talks, where you’ll learn about gorillas, rhino, elephants and big cats and take part in our fun trail to win prizes too.
Alongside the animal talks, you are invited to join our park rangers for a fun, interactive presentation and discussion, where you can discover how small changes you make can help the environment and later, test your skills on the Animal Adventure, or Treetop Challenge and mimic the agile monkeys as you take on the fun obstacles set in and around the trees.
