Brogdale Collections

Brogdale Collections is a charity and home of the National Fruit Collection set in over 150 acres of farmland, Brogdale Collections has over 4000 varieties of fruit trees from apples, pears, quinces and plums to cherries and more. The Collections orchards are a living history & heritage of fruit waiting to be discovered. From beautiful blossom to fruitful bounty there is always something to see and discover at Brogdale.

Brogdale hosts a wide selection of events and courses – focusing on fruit growing, gardening, wildlife and nature.

If you are visiting Brogdale Collections during the Easter holidays, an Orchard Pass is a great option to keep the kids entertained. Passholders can enjoy the following the orchard Easter Trail, using a map to find clues and solve the Easter puzzle. Also available over Easter are free self-guided walks and guided tours, use of the wildlife garden and playground plus the opportunity to book a picnic slot under the blossom trees from 12th April.

Most of the site is accessible to all visitors. Wheelchairs are suitable on the guided tours and we do have an allocated space on our tractor trailer (group visitors only). Please contact us should you have any concerns or questions.
